Wall boards at Gum Ridge Mill are custom run, 3/4 inch thick, T&G, for the shiplap look.
This clear (no knots) poplar wall paneling was custom sawed from the log and custom milled. The planks are 9 inches wide, 3/4 inch thick, tongue & groove (T&G), with 1/16 inch custom gap between the boards for the classic shiplap look.

Rather than paint, the paneling is finished with Waterlox Satin Finish.
